ORDERING – STEP BY STEP ORDERING PROCESS
You can conveniently shop 24 hours a day at the Designer Gifts and Embroidery Online Store. Please note that we do not accept orders via e-mail, letter, phone or. All orders must be paid before decoration can begin.
STEP 1 - Click on the Category to select your item type. Scroll through and select the item of your choice. Follow down the page and click on each area and either select the option or type in the option information required. Once you have completed all of the required information about the product you may add it to the shopping cart by clicking on "Add to Cart". You can easily retrieve and modify the content of your shopping cart by clicking on the Cart symbol in the top right-hand corner of the page. You will notice a picture of your item in the right column with a pencil next to it. Click on this pencil to edit any information about your product.
STEP 2 – Fill in your Shipping Information, Country, State and Zip Code. Click on Quote for an estimate of shipping cost. Click on Update Total and then click on Proceed to Checkout.
STEP 3 - Register for an Account or Log into your Account. If you do not wish to Create an Account you may check out as a Guest. Click Continue and fill in all of your Billing and Shipping information. You have the option of selecting shipping directly to the billing address or to another shipping address.
Click on Continue.
STEP 4 – Select your Payment Method and fill in all of the blanks. Please make sure that this information is correct so that your order is not placed on hold or you cannot complete your order.
Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation e-mail. Please note that this e-mail only confirms receipt of your order. Within 48 hours you will receive an email from our Design Center with a proof of your design. You must reply to this email with your Approval before your item with be decorated.
Once you approve the design your item will be scheduled for production and shipped within 7 to 10 working days. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number will be sent. This will allow you to track the status of your delivery online.
Should you not receive your order within seven business days following your shipment confirmation e-mail, please contact our Customer Service Department.
ORDERING - CANCELLATIONS
For technical reasons, it is not possible to change the size, color or number of items once your order has been sent. We therefore ask you to please check your shopping cart carefully before finalizing your order. Please contact our Customer Service Department for the cancellation of individual items or complete orders.
